We produce cord and elastic in a variety of widths and an array of colours. We help you develop a trim to add the final touch to your product.

Non-Stock Elastic

  • Matt available in 20 colours and 7 diameters (1.4mm, 1.5mm 1.7mm, 1.9mm, 2.4mm, 2.7mm, 3.0mm).
  • Metallic elastics available in 18 colour and one diameter of 1.7mm.
  • Roll lengths: 500 yards.
  • Minimum order quantity is dependent on colour and diameter.
 

Non-Stock Rayon Twisted Cord

  • Matt twisted rayon cord available in 58 standard colours and 8 diameters (0.8mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm).
  • 2 or 3 colour twisted cords can be made to order using the standard colours.
  • Roll sizes are variable according to diameter.
  • Cord can be barbed on each end.

Non-Stock Raffia

  • Minimum order quantity is dependent on colour, diameter and roll size.
  • Paper Raffia available in 1 width of approximately 5mm, and 18 colours.
  • Minimum order quantity for Raffia is 5,000m.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We produce and keep stock of elastic loops and tassels, please see our ribbons and accessories page for details. We can also produce cord and make bespoke elastic loops and tassels to order The MOQ can vary depending on the size and style required. We would advise the MOQ upon receipt of your enquiry.

What are the lead times?

We would produce a sample for approval before proceeding with bulk production. The lead time for a sample is approximately 2-3 weeks. The lead time for bulk production is approximately 6 weeks via air freight and approximately 12-14 weeks via sea freight. Please note these are approximate lead times based on the minimum order quantity and our capacity can vary throughout the year. For higher quantities and during peak production the lead times will be longer. Please contact us and we can provide a current lead time on an enquiry by enquiry basis.
